Timing for a 30-minute game: 3 minutes to form teams and name themselves, 8 minutes on easy questions (about 12 questions), 10 minutes on medium (about 12), 7 minutes on hard (about 8), 2 minutes to total scores and hand out something small. You will not use all 100 questions in one night. That is the point -- this list should last you a semester.
