Hey — glad you're back. But I have to warn you, this episode gets intense. Because right after those wise men left, my family was in serious danger.

Remember King Herod? The one who pretended he wanted to worship me but really wanted to destroy me? Well, when the wise men never came back to report my location, Herod was FURIOUS. His plan had failed, and his rage was about to boil over.

But God moved first.

That very night, an angel appeared to my earthly father Joseph in a dream. And the message was urgent: "Get up. Take the child and His mother. Flee to Egypt. NOW. Herod is going to search for the child to kill Him."

Joseph didn't wait until morning. He didn't pack slowly. He woke my mother Mary, wrapped me up, and we disappeared into the darkness. A young family running for their lives with nothing but what they could carry, guided only by faith and an angel's warning.

We traveled south, all the way to Egypt. A long, dangerous journey through wilderness and desert. But God was protecting us every step.

Back in Bethlehem, something terrible happened. When Herod realized the wise men had outsmarted him, he gave one of the cruelest orders in history. He sent soldiers to Bethlehem to kill every boy two years old and under. Every single one. The cries of those families echoed through the streets. It was heartbreaking — a moment of deep, deep darkness.

Why am I telling you this? Because evil is real. From the very beginning of my life, there were people who wanted to end it. The enemy doesn't wait. He attacks early.

But here's what else is true — evil NEVER wins. Not once. Not ever.

Herod thought he could stop God's plan. He couldn't. He thought he was the most powerful person in the story. He wasn't even close.

Eventually, Herod died. And once again, an angel appeared to Joseph in a dream: "Get up. Take the child and His mother. Go back to the land of Israel — because those who were trying to kill the child are gone."

So we traveled back, and my family settled in a small town called Nazareth. That's where I grew up. That's where I played, learned, and became the person everyone would one day know.

Here's the lesson — and it's one you need to hold onto: evil may try to stop God's purposes, but it NEVER succeeds. Not in my story. And not in yours. No matter what stands against you, if God is for you — nothing can stop His plan for your life.
