David wrote songs called Psalms, and they became Israel's playlist — the soundtrack of an entire nation's relationship with God. People sang them in the temple, on the road, in their homes, in times of joy, and even in times of tears. Let me walk you through some of the greatest hits.
First up — Psalm 8. David looked up at the night sky, saw the moon and the stars, and was completely blown away. He wrote, "O Lord, how majestic is your name in all the earth!" And then he asked this incredible question: "What is mankind that you are mindful of them?" Think about that. The God who flung galaxies into space — He thinks about YOU.
